Experience must involve three 3 years in the following SCPC, MCPC, MFTDMA, and MxDMA satellite access technologies; high throughput ground satellite systems verification; high data rate satellite modems verification; ITIL service delivery process, service desk incident, change problem management, and SLA KPI reporting; IPbased networks with a CCNA certification or equivalent experience with switch router configuration and tooling, such as Wireshark; Satellite communications protocols such as DVBS2, DVBS2X, 4CPM, HRC; OSI model and protocols, such as HTTP, UDP, TCP, ICMP, IP, MAC; Linux CLI CentOS and scripting languages, such as Bash, Python; RF field experience with VSAT installation, activation lineup and troubleshooting; field experience with antenna integration and Open AMIP protocol; VSAT and electronically steerable antennas phase arrays for satellite communications; classroom training, trainthetrainer, practical demonstration and examination; designing and implementing system level procedures; technical writing to create training content, work procedures and acceptance test plans. Experience must also involve two 2 years virtualization frameworks based in OpenStack like Windriver. 20 travel required to various client sites nationwide. Telecommuting permitted.
