Applicant must have Bachelor of Science degree or U.S. equivalent in Chemistry or Pharmaceutical Chemistry and five 5 years of experience in Analytical Development and Validation. Employer is willing to accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience. Applicant must have hands on experience in Development, Validation, Analytical Method Transfer of Assay, Analytical Method for drug products by HPLC, UPLC and UVVis. spectrophotometer as per USFDA, ICH, GMP GLP guidelines. Experience must also include Quality Control of pharma products in testing, review, Investigations OOS OOT and Change control. Applicant must have demonstrated experience of different type of analytical methods including related substances, Assay, Dissolution and Cleaning methods for drug products Solid orals, Liquid orals, Ophthalmic and Injectable. Must have knowledge of method techniques including Amino Acids by UPLC, Post Column Derivatization and Extraction methods. Experience with preparation of SOPs, Protocols and Test methods for Analytical Development is also required.
