Prior experience must include six 6 years of experience with utilizing risk management systems to identify and resolve booking errors and technology issues pertaining to trade bookings and subsequent fronttoback flows; using standard Microsoft tools including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to track volumes, workflow, and projects, and utilizing pivot tables to manage large datasets, Vlook ups and IF statements to minimize manual processes and efficiently manage risk; managing risk of intraday exceptions for the equity market; and breaking down and analyzing payoff formulas and the fronttoback lifecycle of equity derivative trades.br br Prior experience must include five 5 years of experience with performing reconciliation processes across systems and indepth booking review including legal confirmation drafting and processing to minimize risk; collaborating with others in order to identify and solve complex issues that span multiple products and prepare for upcoming exchange and industry changes; performing client facing roles in a business aligned environment; and explaining complex trade structures and booking issues across stakeholders.br br Prior experience must include three 3 years of experience with utilizing project management skills to drive and deliver projects that span multiple stakeholders across business areas related to business growth and infrastructure redesign; identifying risks inherent in daily business processes and drives initiatives to design controls to mitigate risk while seeking to achieve fully automated workflows; and working in a team lead capacity with organization of people and management oversight.br br Prior experience must include one 1 year of experience with migration of functions to highvalue locations, including checklist and procedure reviews, migration planning and oversight of daily trading.
