Familiarity with ORCAD and ADS design environments. Experience working with documentation for different packaging technologies such as LGA, BGA, DSBGA and WLCSP. Use of documentation control systems sap and agile to upload support files for assembly of devices. Experience in performing design rule checking and providing solutions on layout perspective.br br Employer will accept a Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Mechatronic Engineering, or a closely related field, plus 3 three years of experience in the job offered or a closely related occupation OR a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Mechatronic Engineering or closely related field plus 5 five years of experience in the job offered or a closely related occupation.
