Alternate Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field plus 5 years experience in a Site Reliability or DevOps Engineer role as part of a product development team.br br Must Have Demonstrated AWS expertise with EC2, auto scaling, and security; strong network engineering experience, including software defined storage and network architectures; knowledge of high availability architecture, zero downtime deployment strategies and experience implementing in a largescale production environment; experience hardening cloud platforms and onpremises infrastructure, and managing network security assessment and remediation; experience with modern Infrastructure as Code IaC and serverless architectures, tools and processes, including at least Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation; experience with large scale orchestration platform implementations, such as Docker including on hybridcloud, multicloud, and crossorganization architectures, and their performance engineering and troubleshooting; advanced Linux administration, including Python or Bash scripting; experience setting up and managing Continuous Deployment CICD build and release environments and processes using Jenkins or similar SaaS build platform; knowledge of the Git protocol sufficient to assist in building applications that embed git servers and wrap Git functionality within a commercial product; experience with Vault, Mongo, GitHub Enterprise, MySQL, Redshift, S3, StackStorm as product architecture components. Used as primary data stores, integrations and services bundledembedded in a commercial product; demonstrated ability creating production monitoring dashboards and alerts Nagios, CloudWatch; demonstrated branch management and maintenance of GitHub instances for developer use; demonstrated ability to work with an Agile mindset; able to support customers realtime data services operations and interact with customer technical staff and project leadership with a high degree of professionalism; and willingness to take 247 oncall Support weeks up to 2x month.
