Experience must include eighteen months of providing consulting services to banking and securities clients to interpret regulatory and policy requirements and developing solutions to assist clients mitigate compliance gaps in relation to regulatory and internal mandate requirements; translating regulatory and internal risk management requirements into specific and actionable responses in line with client enterprise strategy; interacting with client executives and their teams regarding business and risk management processes and benchmarks to identify operational, financial, and strategic risks, and proposing analytical solutions; coordinating with key stakeholders to develop and update mitigating risk management controls according to client enterprise andor industry risk management standards; providing guidance through advanced financial modeling and rigorous analytics on a broad range of engagements; utilizing Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and functions, macros, VBA, Vlookups, and pivot tables; analyzing various structured products, including CMBS, RMBS, ABS, CLO, CDO, and term loans, and researching and analyzing marketindustry trends, utilizing valuation tools, including Intex, Bloomberg, and Markit; performing Enhanced Due Diligence EDD reviews by leveraging Lexis Nexis and World Check to determine the risk ranking of the banks customers and conducting risk assessment analysis on various highrisk customer profiles based on credit risk modeling techniques; developing sales presentations; and mentoring and coaching junior team members, including reviewing client deliverables. Approximately 80 travel required.
