Position requires a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering any or related field and five 5 years of experience as Sales Engineer or related engineering occupation.br br Experience must have included experience two 2 years of experience with the following skillsbr br 1 Providing engineering expertise in power systems to external and internal customers, including but not limited to distributor partners, engineering consultants, end users, and electricalgeneral contractors. Power systems include Diesel Generators, Natural Gas Generators, Automatic Transfer Switches ATS, Switchgear systems. Understand designing and quoting requirements of standby systems, prime systems and continuous systems.br 2 Conducting technical presentations to customers. Ability to NGDiesel power systems and related concepts, Enclosuretank packages, Automatic Transfer Switches, paralleling systems, and system controls.br 3 Interpret specifications, assist with CDE Comply, Deviate, Exception, position requires writing engineered bid specifications for customers. Ability to understand component level detail and specify necessary power system.br 4 Strong application knowledge of National Electric Code NEC, NFPA 37, IBC, EPA Emission requirements, UL2200, UL142, UL1008, UL1558 and UL891 requirements to power system products.br 5 Quoting and designing custom power systems using required engineering tools e.g. PTC Creo, PLM systems and internal quoting tools. Ability to navigate through quoting systems, CRM system, and internal SAP systems.br 6 Ability to recommend margins, quoting validity, and pricing strategy to distributors. Understand sales cycles and lead times. Prior experience of reaching sales goals in required.br br Up to 50 of national and international travel required.
