Specific Skills

Masters degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or related field. Min 3 year progressive experience in healthcare andor management consulting preferably at an academic medical center setting, including experience in data analysis reporting. Prior project management or leadership required. Must have excellent analytical quantitative skills. Ability to conduct analysis including process, marketplace, organizational financial, and operational staffing. Indepth knowledge of PostAcute Care landscape and industry preferred including demonstrated experience in advising senior leadership regarding partnership options. Must have expertise in scanning the industry to create concise, actionable overviews of regional and local competitor activity and accompanying potential implications impact on organization.
