Specific Skills

Three 3 years of experience monitoring and interpreting data affecting securitization programs. Must include at least three 3 years of experience performing asset valuation and supporting the structuring, origination and marketing of Asset Backed Securities ABS operations; building, running and verifying cash flow models for deal analysis and forecasting; developing core analytical capabilities and model libraries for ABS operations; processing and organizing data tapes and data files to support ABS transactions; replicating agency stress runs; reviewing transaction offering documents and validating key modeling assumptions with Excel VBA and Deal Vector; conducting company due diligence on underwriting, servicing and transaction operating procedures; utilizing coding and modeling software including DealMaker and IntexCalc, to monitor and analyze existing potential warehouse financing facilities; and in executing duties, utilizing Intex, Collateral Analysis System, Dealmaker, and Intex Calc.br br Any suitable combination of education, training, and experience is acceptable.
