H.11. Job Duties Continued Perform root cause analysis of several bugs reported by customers using tools like Dynatrace, sumo and fixing them to increase the quality of the product. Ensure the code coverage of the application by developing and writing the unit test cases for applications. Software testing and quality assurance work alongside quality assurance to develop software that helps ensure that the business logic of various systems and the interactions between the systems is correct. Maintain and enhance a series of systems that support running thousands of automated tests when code is added or modified to a system. Responsible for providing sufficient information and documentation that will enable quality assurance to build tests around a specific piece of software that will subsequently result in a more stable and reliable platform. Work closely with quality team from requirement phase to product rollout phase. Review the test cases written by quality team to ensure all the scenarios covered for the application. Production support provide production support and intervene if there are issues. Troubleshoot production issues is the beneficiaries responsibility. Be familiar with the communication and troubleshooting tools that are used at LendingTree for situations when there is a failure and depending on varying levels of priority, and provide support until the issue is resolved. Documentation clearly document every component along with its features and uses.br br H.14. Special Skills Requires experience in C#, .Net, asp.net, web API, SignalR, LINQ and entity framework. Must be familiar with AWD or Azure cloud platform and NoSQL databases. Must have experience in relational database. Requires strong objectoriented design and architecture experience at the code level. Must have experience with multithreaded development in C# and asynchronous methods. Requires experience with messaging frameworks such as MSMQ, RabbitMQ, IBM etc.. Must have a good understanding and handson experience in object oriented design patterns. Must have experience in single page application SPA development using Angular, Reactjs or Knockout.
