In H.4 and H.4B above, the education requirement is a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or related.br br In H.10B above, the experience requirement is six 6 years of progressive experience in Software Quality Assurance, Firmware Quality Assurance, or a combination thereof.br br Special Requirements Two 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance management; Product development lifecycle Agile methodologies and Phase Gate methodologies, and how to drive the technology roadmap concurrent with the feature roadmap; Experience leading team in test driven development, QA automation and frequent delivery; Developing test automation frameworks that are effectively leveraged by Quality Assurance teams to drive effective test automation; Test plan and test case creation management; Leveraging continuous integration and robust buildtest automation; Jira, qTest, git, Confluence or similar tool chains for Agile development, test case management, source control, and documentation; Prioritizing and coordinating work efforts across geographically distributed teams and ensuring that tasks are completed on schedule; Hardware and Firmware Test methodologies.
