A qualified applicant must have 30 months of experience in a service engineering position in the Microfinish and Superfinish equipment industry, and 30 months of experience with each of the following commissioning and providing service and troubleshooting support for Microfinish and Superfinish equipment, including mechanical, robotic, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems; commissioning and providing service and troubleshooting support for electrical PLC software controls for Microfinish and Superfinish equipment utilizing TIA Portal, GCode programming, and 840D, Power Line, and Solution Line CNC controls, as well as current and prior versions released within last 10 years of both Siemens Step 7 and Simotion Scout; operator and maintenance personnel training on Microfinish and Superfinish equipment, including machine sequencing processes and integrated Siemens software; integrating loader systems for Microfinish and Superfinish equipment; developing production processes for Microfinish and Superfinish equipment, including stone and tape finishing tooling, and setting speed, feed, force, and time parameters to ensure output quality; controlling superfinish machining processes utilizing inline, preprocess, and postprocess gauging produced by Marposs, Meitec, or Control Gauge. Experience can be acquired concurrently.br br This is a key position with Thielenhaus Microfinish Corporation, responsible for performing installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance services on companyproduced Microfinish and Superfinish equipment. Because this is a key and critical position, requiring extensive experience with applicable concepts and issues, 30 months of experience in a service engineering position in the Microfinish and Superfinish equipment industry is required.
