ONCE A SITUATION IS RESOLVED, ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS WOULD THEN BE PERFORMED TO SOLVE THE ROOT CAUSE OF THE PROBLEM BEYOND JUST RESOLVING THE SYMPTOM 10; 8 INVENTORY AND DOCUMENT PROCESSES, RESOURCES, AND SERVICES. THIS WOULD BE DONE MAINLY USING ATLASSIAN CONFLUENCE AND SPHINX AN AUTOMATED DOCUMENTATION GENERATION TOOL. DOCUMENTATION WOULD MAINLY BE TO DOCUMENT ENTRY POINTS INTO THE SYSTEMS WE OWN, DOCUMENT THE CONFIGURATION OPTIONS FOR THE TOOLS AND SERVICES WE PROVIDE. IF PARTS OF THE DOCUMENTED PROCESSES CAN BE AUTOMATED, THEN A CONVERSION OF THAT DOCUMENTATION TO CODE IN PYTHON, BASH, POWERSHELL, OR OTHER PROGRAMMING OR SCRIPTING LANGUAGE WOULD BE PERFORMED 5; 9 HAVE SCHEDULE FLEXIBILITY TO HANDLE EMERGENCIES. WHEN CRITICAL FAILURES IN CONNECTIVITY, PERFORMANCE, OR SERVICE AVAILABILITY OCCUR, NOTIFICATIONS SET UP PREVIOUSLY WILL BE DELIVERED TO VARIOUS TEAM MEMBERS AND BASED ON THE SEVERITY OF THE ISSUE, IMMEDIATE REMEDIATION WOULD THEN OCCUR, OR IF THE SEVERITY IS NOT CRITICAL, THE ISSUE COULD THEN BE RESOLVED THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY.
