Requires knowledge in silica and ceria based slurries and ammonia and hydrofluoric cleaning chemistries. Requires experience with design of experiment techniques DOE, Statistical Process Control SPC, Defect analysis and data analysis. Requires experience in advanced technology 14nm or below.
