Specific Skills

The position of Product Manager requires a bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or Business with Pharmaceutical Equipment plus 2 years of experience in the Job offered or related.br br The Prevailing Wage Determination included the skill requirements Experience must include pharmaceutical processing market spaces; and margins and product development cycles. However, it was subsequently determined that these are not true minimum skill requirements for the proffered PERM position. Accordingly, these skill requirements were not included in any of the advertisements placed for the proffered PERM position. Moreover, these requirements were not applied to asses any of the candidates and no applicant was disqualified because they lacked these skills. Therefore, the Prevailing Wage Determination should remain valid to support this ETA Form 9089, as the inclusion of the superfluous minimum skill requirements in the Prevailing Wage Determination was not material to the labor market test.
