Requires a Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Operations Research, Engineering, Information Technology, Life Sciences or a related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or delivering enterprisewide change through business process transformation or technologyenabled transformation. In lieu of a Masters degree in stated field and 2 years of experience as stated, will accept a Bachelors degree in stated field and 5 years of experience delivering enterprisewide change through business process transformation or technologyenabled transformation. Must also have experience in the following working within or performing consulting for clients within the life sciences industry including researching strategic market dynamics and market drivers for domestic and international healthcare delivery, pharmaceuticals or medical technology markets; supporting business development, sales activities and thought leadership; project management including planning and organizing multifunctional project efforts and complex workstreams; research process including information gathering, structuring, analysis and presentation; overseeing the data collection process from primary and secondary data sources relevant to key strategic questions posed by clients, extracting relevant findings and collaborating with a project team and with the client to effectively structure the client deliverables; communicating complex technical and analytic information to senior management and clients through presentations and written reports; and, MS Office Suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience may be gained concurrently. Must be able to travel approximately 80 of working time.
