Bachelors degree in Architecture from a NAAB accredited program. Must be actively working on licensure. Related experience must include working with and leading a diverse team of consultants and internal staff; working with software tools including Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Photoshop; experience utilizing software tools such as SketchUp, 3dsMax, Vray, Rhino, or Adobe Creative Suite Illustrator, InDesign; proficiency with Revit; development and design of technically sound construction documents, including architectural drawings and specifications; familiar with building codes and regulations including but not limited to IBC, IECC, ADA design guidelines, and local zoning regulations.
