Alternatively, will accept a Bachelors degree in instructional design, business administration, business management or related field willing to accept foreign education equivalent and five 5 years of experience as a management consultant or business analyst, which must include at least one 1 year of experience designing and developing learning materials and leading instructional design projects. Specific skillsother requirements quantitative experience requirements not applicable to this section must possess the following i Designing Firmlevel training programs and resources in a matrix organization requiring navigation through global networks and teams across multiple functions and cultures; ii Producing multiple content types elearning and live throughout the full blended learning design cycle, including assessing training needs, defining learning goals, leading teams of content writers and subject matter experts, working with visual design and multimedia providers, and evaluating training effectiveness for further enhancement; iii Adapting instructional materials created for one delivery channel to alternative channels, including adapting materials designed for instructorled training to elearning and videos; iv Designing Learning Development strategy in line with companys overall strategy; v Working with and influencing senior stakeholders to drive change globally through training programs; vi Utilizing project management technologies, including Slack and Trello; vii Experience with at least one leading Learning Management System, including Saba, SAP Success Factors, Cornerstone or Workday; and viii Experience with elearning publishing software, including Articulate Storyline, ispring, Elucidat and Adobe Captivate. Telecommute benefit is available. Position reports to Learning Development headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia. Applicants are permitted to work at a remote home office anywhere in the continental U.S. and position requires periodic travel up to 20 to Atlanta, Georgia.
