Applicants experience must includebr br Defining the most efficient way to deploy the Small Cell RAN equipment in the UMTSHSDPALTEVoLTE, Wireless network for complex indoor environments;br Writing Product Requirement Documents PRD, Technical Requirements Documents TRD, and supporting specifications documents for new indoor and outdoor coverage solutions, products, services, platforms and infrastructure components; providing recommendation for the most optimum equipment selection to the field teams by modeling indoor and outdoor propagation and capacity using iBwave and ADM prediction tools respectively to determine antenna placement and equipment needs, apply link budget analysis and assess macro signal interference;br Performing continuous waveform CW testing to verify technical feasibility of new emerging technologies, planning and coordinating Friendly User Trials FUT to evaluate user experience and deployment methodologies for complex indoor wireless network environments;br Experience with network design principles, wireless technologies, including LTE and 3GPP standards to define engineering requirements for new product introduction and to provide technical recommendations for ongoing product support;br Handson experience of designing implementing highly innovative products, including active DAS products from main vendors such asincluding CommScope, JMA, Corning, Solid to be used for Indoor system deployments; andbr Create design, deployment solution matrix pertaining to small cell product and their application for a certain venue. Develop overall technical solution cost and drive to increase the ROI across venue deployments.br br PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS Masters degree in telecommunications engineering, electrical engineering, related field or its equivalent and 3 years of relevant work experience.br br ALTERNATIVE REQUIREMENTS Applicant must have Bachelors degree in telecommunications engineering, electrical engineering, related field or its equivalent and 5 years of relevant work experience.
