Prior experience must include 2 years with highspeed, continuous andor multilane gypsum manufacturing operations and mining, and 2 years in each of the following a gypsum manufacturing project management leading continuous improvement projects focused improvement FI or Kaizen; b project engineering fundamentals statistical process control; c gypsum rock blending, calcining, product formulation, quality control, water and foam chemistries, mass energy balance, flow diagrams, process instrumentation diagrams PID, fluid properties and thermodynamics; and d process capability studies and advanced statistical tools mathematical analysis to analyze and reduce process variations. Travel within North America up to 75 of the time.br br Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training. However, will not accept less than a bachelors degree and 5 years of progressive, postdegree experience.
