Experience must include at least 18 months of experience in each of the following oil mist and oil dehydrationdegassification technologies and direct technical experience with project management, sales and oil mist and oil purification technologies; technical engineering and documentation experience directly with oil mist and oil purification equipment capital projects; capital project project engineeringmanagement with responsibilites across manufacturing, documentation, engineering and finance; and managing capital projects for toptier, global EPCs and IOCs and operating in the IFS enterprise resource platform. Must be able to read, interpret and create engineering documents for highly engineered facilities refineries, petrochem and general industry plants and synthesize and solve complex problems across functional disciplines engineering, sourcing, buying, documentation, manufacturing. Must be fluent in technical English and Spanish including oil mist and oil purification terminology. Requires occassional business travel 12 weeks per quarter.br br Will accept any suitable combination of education, training andor experience.br br As a matter of business necessity, it is essential that a candidate for this position be fluent in technical English and Spanish including oil mist and oil purification terminology. As stated in H.11, the primary duties of the job relate to performing and coordinating technical sales, documentation, engineering and manufacturing functions for custom lubrication engineeringmanufacturing projects internationally up to 3M USD. This requires the incumbent to act as the translator and the lead communicator to maintain adequate communications with the various departments located in Mexico City. A majority of the incumbents duties require fluency in Spanish including oil mist and oil purification terminology and the job offered could not be performed in a minimally competent and acceptable manner by a candidate who was not fluent in Spanish including oil mist and oil purification terminology. Ms. Mariana Flores Hernandez, who is the beneficiary of this PERM application, is fluent in Spanish including oil mist and oil purification terminology, which is required in order to perform the duties of the position of Project Engineering Manager.
