Manually plant, cultivate and harvest fruits including organic berries, melons, greens, brassicas, tomatoes, peppers and eggplant. Sort, pack, bunch, wash vegetables and berries, load trucks for CSA and markets. Repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements and mechanical equipment. Apply organic fertilizers to crops. Inform farmers or farm managers of crop progress. Monitor fields and high tunnels for plant infestations and use treatments appropriate for organic use in both a prevention and infestation situation. Clear and maintain ditches. Record information about crops, such as yields or costs.
