Must have a Masters Degree in Civil Engineering with a concentration in Construction Engineering and one 1 year experience in analyzing blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials and labor estimates for real estate projects residential or condo andor commercial projects hotels; coordinating with architects, contractors and other engineers on changes and adjustments; troubleshooting onsite field conditions; and estimating construction cost of real estate projects. Experience in analyzing bids and providing recommendations of contract award; assisting in drafting contracts for projects; and providing support for bidding and preconstruction management on real estate projects residential or condo andor commercial projects also required. Applicant must have experience utilizing software tools such as Auto CAD, Sketch Up, SPSS, Mat Lab, MS Office, PlanGrid and Procore. 40 hours per week 900a.m. 500 p.m. Must have proof of legal authority to work in the United States.
